As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in the HRMS project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Execute administration processes to prepare for the migration of HRMS
-Update employee profile in HRMS
-Safeguard and maintain confidential employee information and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
-Undertake project assignments as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
-At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource/Administration role. Healthcare experience preferred.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
