Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide advice on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances, harassment, etc.)
Conduct workplace investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism
Support employee exits, restructuring, and compliance-related cases
Conduct exit interviews and identify attrition trends and insights
Partner with HR and business leaders on ER cases and HR initiatives
