Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- To develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Manage ad-hoc HR matters in collaboration with HQ HR Division and the Singapore HR Coordinator.
People & Organizational Development
- Oversee organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead learning and development efforts to strengthen workforce capabilities.
- Implement programs to enhance employee recognition, well-being, and retention.
HR Business Partnering & Operations
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and compliance matters.
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and policy documentation.
- Design and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure efficient onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
- Supervise payroll, benefits, and insurance administration.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy and ensure effective end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strengthen employer branding and manage recruitment campaigns, including career fairs and academic partnerships.
- Work with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
Global HR Policies & Localization
- Manage international assignments and mobility policies.
- Adapt global HR policies to align with Singapore regulations and practices.
- Communicate and train employees and leaders on HR policies and compliance.
- Drive adoption through change management and cultural integration.
- Act as a liaison between HQ and Singapore operations to identify and address policy gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Well verse in HR strategy, Singapore labour laws, compensation, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead across multiple HR functions and partner with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Inclusive mindset with an understanding of diversity practices.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is an advantage.
