HR Director (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment operations and develop succession planning.
• Oversee the Learning and Development program and Performance Management of the organization.
• Ensure competitive salary structures and incentive schemes.
• Oversee the compensation and benefits such as payroll and etc.

Requirements:

• Min a Degree / Master in Business Administration / Human Resource Management
• Min 10 years in HR full spectrums (Business Partnering & Operational)
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to build trust and credibility at senior leadership levels.
