Responsibilities:
HR Data & Analytics
- Support the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics
- Analyse HR and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Organise and maintain HR datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Perform regular and ad-hoc data audits to uphold data integrity standards
Dashboarding & Performance Tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor HR service levels, performance metrics, and incident trends
- Support reporting processes to enable timely and informed decision-making
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate team meetings, track project progress, and maintain proper documentation
- Support day-to-day operational activities within the Division Management Office
- Manage tracking of IT assets and office resources where required
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support and participate in HR transformation and ad-hoc projects
- Assist in coordinating initiatives and driving process improvement efforts
- Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or data-related roles is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power query, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and analytics skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
