Job Description
Employee Engagement & Well‑Being
- Lead the coordination, execution, and monitoring of engagement and wellness activities such as recognition programmes, organisational surveys, health and wellness screenings, corporate membership arrangements, cafeteria matters, and transport services.
Events & Activities Management
- Manage the full cycle of planning and delivery for internal events and themed campaigns (e.g. National Day events, Wellness Week, festive occasions, etc.).
- Organise and promote participation in site-wide activities such as the SG Walk, community projects, and collaborations with external partners.
Internal Communication
- Develop, manage, and distribute key updates and information across multiple channels - including the intranet, digital signages, Viva Engage, memos, WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
HR Partnering
- Provide support to broader HR partnering activities and initiatives when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of related work experience. Prior experience in handling employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to design visually appealing presentations independently.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Upholds strict confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism at all times.
- Adaptable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Self‑driven, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
