- Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and employment documents.
- Coordinate worker onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Arrange and manage worker dormitory accommodation, including check-in, check-out, and bed allocation.
- Liaise with dormitory operators and handle workers welfare and accommodation-related matters.
- Register workers for required courses and training programs.
- Monitor and ensure workers course and certification validity at all times.
- Liaise with authorities and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to manpower, work passes, and training records.
- Support general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
- Assist in attendance tracking and provide support for payroll processing when required.
