HUMAN RESOURCE
- Liaise with external training providers on registration of courses as mandated by MOM and project clients. Follow-up on their course renewal before expiry,
- Manage the workers training development programs for purpose of upskilling status to maintain high-skill status.
- Ensure timely updating of training records and collection of course cards and certificates for submission to project clients and follow-up on payment of invoices by accounts.
- Assist on application of Jurong Island Pass and Site Induction Course and maintain records for renewal of passes.
- Assist on workers daily attendance records and general payroll-related matters.
- Assist on other HR issues as and when assigned.
OFFICE ADMIN & SITE SUPPORT
- Oversee the general office administration such as general office & stationery supplies, beverages, office equipment and related contracts, liaise with vendors for regular maintenance & repairs.
- Liaise with IT provider as and where necessary.
- Assist on data entry of documents from Purchasing / Finance.
- Maintain records of company assets, follow-up on insurance matters for vehicles, plant machineries, road tax etc.
- Provide support for site admin related matters.
- Perform and organize CSR functions as an when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
