Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR cum Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resource functions and administrative operations. This role combines HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management with general office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Track attendance, leave applications, and medical certificates.
  • Prepare HR letters (e.g., employment confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc.).
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and comply with relevant legislation.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related matters.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, courier, and service needs.
  • Organize meetings, company events, and training sessions.
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, and document filing.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff if required.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and admin roles.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Discreet with confidential information and professional in conduct.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
