Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR cum Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resource functions and administrative operations. This role combines HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management with general office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leave applications, and medical certificates.
- Prepare HR letters (e.g., employment confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc.).
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and comply with relevant legislation.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related matters.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, courier, and service needs.
- Organize meetings, company events, and training sessions.
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and document filing.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff if required.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and admin roles.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Discreet with confidential information and professional in conduct.
