Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection and Work Pass application.
  • Handles work pass application, renewal and cancellation and submission of tax clearance for employees (IR21).
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly CPF contributions and employee's employment records (IR8A).
  • Handles company's insurances and submission of all claims (NS claims, maternity claim etc.)
  • Assist with submission of statutory reports and survey
  • Process sales orders and prepare invoices / delivery orders.
  • Liaise closely with production and logistics team to ensure day-to-day order fulfilment.
  • Liaise with customers on status of their orders, delivery or product issues.
  • Generate daily stock report for packing of goods.
  • Responsible for procurement of ingredients and preparing incident reports.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Diploma in Human Resources / Business
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent at problem solving, meticulous and possess organizational skills.
  • Team player with high levels of accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office
