Responsibilities:
HR
. Manage full spectrum of HR functions
. Assist in recruitment process by pre-screening and onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, orientation and development and compensation and benefit
. Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
. Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment
. Handling work injury claims and all government paid leave claims
. Maintain accurate employee data in EPE HR system and manage leave portal
. Experience in construction industry will be advanced advantage
Admin
. Handling all correspondents with tenants, government authorities and MCST related to real estate properties
. Responsible for maintenance of office building, insurance claim and other admin duties
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
. At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations
. Proficient experience in MOM, CPF & IRAS
. Good organizational skill and meticulous.
. Familiar with EPE software
. Well verse in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Well verse in written and spoken English
. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
