Job Description
. Perform the full spectrum of HR and Administrative activities and provide delicate HR services and support including and not limiting to recruitment, on boarding and off boarding process, policy and procedure, compensation and benefits, payroll, leaves, performance management, training and development, employee engagement activities and employee relations, grievances.
. Create and maintain employees confidential files.
. Handles administrative matters pertaining to insurance, staff movement, stationary, pantry and etc.
. Communicate between IT personnel to facilitate and assist the project teams to resolve admin and IT issue
. Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
. Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
. Preferable candidates with prior experience of handling HR matters in Construction industry.
. Proficient in MS Microsoft
. Organised, meticulous, good team player with interpersonal and communication skills and excellent team spirit.
. High level of integrity, confidentially and accountability.
. Able to converse in English and Mandarin as needed to liaise with China associate
