We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR cum Admin Assistant to support our human resource and administrative functions. The role involves active recruitment, employee relations management, and handling statutory and compliance matters. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel island-wide to recruit and support cleaners across various job sites.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning:
Advertise job vacancies through online platforms and other recruitment channels
Travel islandwide to conduct on-site recruitment for cleaners and site-based employees (Travel allowances will be provided.)
Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews
Coordinate onboarding process including documentation and orientation
Liaise with operations team to fulfill manpower requirements for different job sites
Employee Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
Handle employee disciplinary matters and provide proper documentation
Maintain positive employee engagement and resolve workplace conflicts
MOM & Compliance Matters
Manage Ministry of Manpower (MOM) related matters including work passes, renewals, and cancellations
Handle employment disputes, mediation cases, and MOM investigations
Assist in preparation of documents for MOM hearings or mediation sessions
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and related regulations
Work Injury & Insurance Matters
Handle work injury cases in accordance with WICA guidelines
Liaise with insurance companies, hospitals, and relevant authorities
Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation
Follow up on claim status and ensure proper case closure
Administrative Duties
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence
Manage payroll input data and leave records (if required)
General office administrative support
