Job Description

  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple recruitment tasks
  • Positive, eager to learn, and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service, admin, or event support is a plus
  • Support recruitment activities, including:
  • Communicating interview arrangements with applicants via phone and email
  • Performing data entry and e-filing of documents
  • Handle ad hoc administrative duties, such as:
  • Filing and shredding documents
  • Providing logistical support for HR activities
