Responsibilities:


Fullspectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation,dormitories and other HR related matters)

. Recruitment of foreign workers andliaise with recruitment agencies.

. Involve in yearly appraisal exercise andthis includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.

. Handle MOM Work Pass related mattersincluding Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and updateof foreign workers particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.

. Handle foreign workers externaltrainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.

. Prepare monthly reports.

. Provide support on initiatives and in any project,implementation assigned by Head of Department.
