Job Description

1. HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR advisory, guidance, and solutions on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, balancing business needs with employee well-being.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Analyze people data and provide insights to inform decision-making.

2. Culture & Engagement

  • Lead the design and execution of culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values and enhance employee experience.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including surveys, focus groups, and action plans to improve engagement and retention.
  • Plan and manage employee events, recognition programs, and community-building activities.
  • Partner with leaders to foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

3. Learning & Development Support

  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and work with the L&D team to design impactful programs.
  • Support leadership development, coaching, and succession planning initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Projects

  • Collaborate with the People Ops team on policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional HR projects related to culture, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement of HR practices and employee experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Min 5 years experience in Business Partnering, with a focus on Culture and Engagement
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices in performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering employee engagement or culture programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High degree of integrity, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and high levels of experience for:
  • Working in complex organizations on a global/regional scale
  • Leveraging data-driven methods to evaluate and implement impactful strategies and initiatives
  • Working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community.
