Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and line managers to resolve day-to-day HR matters effectively
- Design and implement employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives to enhance organisational capability
- Deliver HR advisory support throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen team culture and foster a collaborative work environment
- Lead or support change management and HR improvement projects to drive organisational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance of HR practices with employment legislation and internal policies to mitigate risks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in HR generalist roles and/or HR Business Partnering
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively in dynamic, people-focused environments
- Commitment to meaningful work, collaboration, and long-term organisational contribution
