Job Description

Our client, a renowned organisation in the FMCG industry with a strong international presence, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their HR team. In this role, you will be supporting and executing key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee engagement and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Drive annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation and benefits planning.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to line managers on people matters, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including graduate / internship programmes, recruitment campaigns and employer branding.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including HR process improvements and system optimisation projects.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with HR Business Partner experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good team player, proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
  • Strong expertise in MS Office/ Excel and generating reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
