Our client is an established financial services organization and is seeking an HR Business Partner to be part of their Singapore team. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that drive engagement, performance, and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, provide market insights, and implement initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Coach managers on performance, leadership, and team development provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Deliver performance reviews, talent cycles, engagement surveys, and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies and support audits and governance initiatives.

Role requirements

  • A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering role, preferably within the Financial services/Fintech sector.
  • Experience supporting operations teams in FI industry
  • Strong recruitment, employee relations, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven, with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
