The HR department is looking for an experienced, proactive and results oriented professional to join the Talent & Business Partners team as a Senior HR Business Partner.
Talent & Business Partners are responsible for delivering HR services across all Norges Bank Investment Management's (NBIM) locations, and as a team we provide expert guidance on various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. We serve as a bridge between HR and the business, ensuring that HR initiatives are tailored to support the overall success of the organization.
