Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Manage performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
  • Use HR analytics and insights to support business decision-making
  • Coach managers on leadership, people management, and employee engagement
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary cases
  • Support conflict resolution and promote fair employment practices
  • Drive retention strategies and improve employee morale
  • Support organizational restructuring and job redesign initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Partner with HR operations for smooth HR service delivery
  • Support office administration and GA operations including procurement, vendor management, and contract renewals
  • Coordinate with legal and company secretary on agreements and compliance matters
  • Support branding and office management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 6-9 years of HR experience
