Our client is a well-established and highly respected financial institution headquartered in Singapore, currently embarking on an exciting phase of business and technological transformation. The firm is seeking to appoint a dynamic HR Business Partner to support its Operations & Technology function which is also undergoing transformation.
This is visible role with the opportunity to directly partner senior O&T leaders in shaping and executing people strategies to enable desired business outcomes and organisational success.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, Operations & Technology, you will work directly with division leaders in O&T, providing insights on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development, as well as delivering on financial discipline goals.
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment for operations and technology roles, partnering hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires and leveraging market insights to advise on talent availability and compensation competitiveness. You will coach and advise managers on leadership practices and performance management, collaborating with the learning & development team to address capability gaps.
Requirements
You are a degree-qualified HR professional with 5 to 8 years experience in HR business partnering roles. Experience working with technology and/or operations talent is essential, and exposure to the technology and/or the financial services sectors are highly preferred. You should also be experienced in managing recruitment, performance calibration and talent management conversations, as well as employee relations. Commercial, analytical, and data-driven, you bring strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
