About the role
As part of a forward-looking Human Resources team, you will be instrumental in building a dynamic, high-performing organization by overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, and a key focus on talent acquisition. You will work closely with hiring managers, offering expert HR guidance and ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies. This role offers high visibility across the organization, as you partner closely with the core leadership team while driving broader HR transformation initiatives.

You bring a solid foundation in Human Resources with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 6 years of relevant experience. You are confident in managing operational HR responsibilities and have at least 3 years of experience managing talent acquisition portfolio. You&aposre proficient in using HR systems (i.e. SuccessFactors or Workday) and bring a sound understanding of Singapore&aposs employment legislation. Analytical, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure, you&aposre comfortable navigating both HR metrics and sensitive employee relations matters. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to collaborate effectively across departments, while your proactive mindset and strong sense of integrity ensure you handle challenges with professionalism and care.
