Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will partner with business leaders to understand organisational priorities and provide strategic HR guidance that supports workforce planning, talent development, and employee success across Singapore and Malaysia. You will manage the full spectrum of HR operations, from onboarding and advisory support to employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and exit processes.
You will oversee monthly payroll for three legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination with outsourced providers and Finance for budgeting and reporting. You will maintain accurate HR records and support statutory reporting and audit requirements.
In addition, you will lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives, strengthen engagement through culture-building and recognition programmes, and ensure a smooth, structured onboarding experience for new hires. You will also collaborate with APAC HR teams to implement and localise global and regional programmes in alignment with local regulations and cultural expectations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and bring at least 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment, with FMCG exposure considered an advantage. You should be resourceful, capable of working both independently and collaboratively, and comfortable operating in a multicultural setting.
