Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Authorization & Workflow Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for access control, workflow enhancements, and authorization management within the e-HR system. This role involves coordination with stakeholders to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient handling of authorization and workflow configurations during both operations and ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

. Provide expert consultancy on changes impacting authorization requirements, access control models, workflow routing, and segregation of duties (SoD).

. Collaborate with Authority, vendors, and users to troubleshoot authorization and workflow issues, support requirements gathering, and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure compliance with security principles (least privilege, need-to-know).

. Maintain and update project documentation including user requirements, functional and technical design specs (e.g., HR Reference Model, Authorization Matrices, and Databases).

. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that authorizations and workflows meet business and security requirements.

. Perform technical profiling of authorizations and maintain structural authorization profiles reflecting organizational changes.

. Resolve day-to-day operational support tickets related to access rights and roles (across SAP, Windows, WebLogic, and databases).

. Coordinate proper transport of tested authorizations across non-production and production environments.

. Monitor and maintain authorization housekeeping tasks, including batch job execution for provisioning/deprovisioning, and follow up on detected errors with improvement proposals.

. Conduct control reviews, risk assessments, and provide support during internal and external audits.

Key Requirements:

. Hands-on experience in managing authorization and access controls in systems like SAP, Windows, WebLogic, and databases.

. Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD principles, and workflow configurations in HR systems.

. Proficient in gathering technical requirements and translating them into functional documentation and actionable configurations.

. Skilled in troubleshooting complex access issues and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

. Ability to support compliance processes and documentation related to security audits and control frameworks.
