Partner with site business clients and Operating Units to understand and analyze business process requirements and identify appropriate solutions to meet unmet needs.
Engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement, innovative, and Best Practice initiatives and assist or lead those initiatives to improve the efficiency of processes and systems at the site.
Collaborate with the Digital Solution Areas to determine solution fit within the current and future systems portfolio to improve business processes.
Propose system and/or process and/or data/configuration changes to increase business and systems operational efficiency.
Requirement:
Bachelor of Science or related Business/Technical field required.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in information technology systems and/or infrastructure with minimum of 1-3 years related experience in the pharmaceutical or fine chemical industry.
Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively embrace diversity influence stakeholders and build business partnerships to deliver results.
Project Management methodologies (i.e., PMI)
Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
Continuous Improvement methodologies (i.e., Six Sigma certified)
Management of IT infrastructure (i.e., ITIL certified)
