We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Apps to support development, testing, and maintenance of Power Platform applications and solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, guide best practices, and ensure compliance with ICT standards and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, support, maintain, and test Power Apps applications and related solutions to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, ICT providers, and government agencies on system enhancements, troubleshooting, and new initiatives.
- Advise and guide team members on best practices for developing, customizing, and integrating Power Apps solutions.
- Maintain solution documentation, track development tasks, and support project management activities.
- Coordinate and support audit reviews or compliance checks by authorized parties.
- Review deliverables (e.g., solution design docs, configurations, Power Automate flows, test plans) to ensure quality and readiness for acceptance.
- Ensure deliverables comply with relevant security, governance, and ICT policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps and as a software developer.
- Microsoft certification: Power Platform Developer Associate / Power Platform Fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with AI tools (CoPilot / AI Builder) for workflow automation, debugging, and integration.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code solutions: Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse, SharePoint integration.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable), APIs, connectors, and Power Platform security.
- Additional advantages: cloud certifications (AWS/Azure), strong knowledge of application security, SDLC projects, and testing methodologies.
