Job Summary

Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee management, and HR operations in a Systems Integrator (SI) environment. The role involves independent execution of HR tasks, coordination with clients and internal teams, and contributing to HR process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings on portals and social media channels to attract qualified candidates and increase talent pool visibility
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments to shortlist applicants aligned with job requirements
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely recruitment processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist in compiling recruitment metrics reports for management review
  • Prepare offer letters, joining kits, and employment agreements to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires
  • Collect and verify employee documents promptly to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive HR records, employee files, and compliance documentation to support audit readiness
  • Track attendance, leaves, and respond to routine HR queries independently to support employee management
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for management decision-making
  • Identify and suggest improvements in HR processes and documentation to increase operational efficiency
  • Participate actively in HR meetings, contributing insights to enhance talent management and employee experience
