Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate and manage in-house training workshops and programmes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
- Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness
- Maintain training records and support reporting
Recruitment
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Employee Engagement & Lifecycle
- Plan and execute internal engagement initiatives and company events
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee journey
- Support orientation programmes for new hires
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and culture
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR administrative processes
- Assist in HR projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience (Senior level for more experienced candidates)
- Exposure to L&D, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, or engagement preferred
