JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources Operations
- Identifies staff vacancies and manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals and offer.
- Coordinate job postings across job portals.
- Create employees file and records.
- Process and manage all employee Work Pass in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Updates and ensures that new hire data are accurate in Workday and e-HR system.
Human Resources Processes
- Provides prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Guides managers and new hires on the onboarding work processes in Workday and Beeline.
- Works with 3rd party vendors who support HR on recruitment.
Others
- Participates in any other projects or work as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
- Is the Subject Matter Expert for HR Recruitment in Workday.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experiences in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment regulations, and HR administration processes.
- Experience in Workday and Beeline.
