Dymon Asia Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee benefits, and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or investment sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Asia Pacific labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Support the onboarding process by preparing employment documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Records & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems. Process employee data changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, leave requests) and ensure documentation is in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll administration by ensuring that employee attendance and leave records are accurate and up to date. Liaise with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure employees are enrolled in benefit programs and help answer questions related to benefits.
- Employee Relations: Assist with addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures. Support HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Support the coordination of employee training programs, track attendance, and ensure that training records are up to date.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. Assist in preparing HR reports for management, such as headcount reports, turnover analysis, and other HR metrics.
- HR Projects: Participate in or assist with special HR projects, such as HR system updates, employee surveys, or policy reviews.
