Work you'll do

Provide comprehensive HR operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, while supporting country HR initiatives and programmes to ensure effective delivery of HR services. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining accurate employee records, preparing employment documentation, while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes, including supporting orientation coordination, employee movements, and exit management, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Oversee the administration of foreign workers workpasses, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support benefits administration, including employee inquiries, insurance enrolments, and claims processes.
  • Support the delivery of Country HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with local policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and partner with internal teams to streamline, standardise, and automate HR processes, leveraging HR systems and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Ensure HR operations are audit-ready, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors or SAP will be considered an advantage.
