Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Verify attendance records, any deductions prior to payroll submission.
  • Maintain and update employee leave records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees including document collection
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Handle offboarding activities such as clearance and issuance of relevant letters.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and managing hiring calendars
  • Support HR audits, surveys, and government reporting when required.
  • Handle other general HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in business or similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of HR and administrative experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Meticulous with strong attention to details and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges
