Job Description

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure employee records are up to date.
  • Prepare, update, and file all HR and administrative documents.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and medical records.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and administer employee training.
  • Handle work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and liaise with MOM.
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewal letters, confirmation letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
  • Arrange candidate interviews and support recruitment activities.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications.
  • Support company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in HR, Business or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong command of oral and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information
