Job Description

HR Manager (Construction Industry)

Salary: $4500 - $6000

Job duties:

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary cases to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies through proactive compliance monitoring and guidance.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation
  • Manage foreign workforce matters including work pass applications, renewals, quota planning, and levy administration
  • Manage payroll processes, involve in employee's monthly payroll and statutory submission.
  • Oversee company insurance matters and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experienced working in HR and managerial/ supervisory role in the Construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Location:

Woodlands (currently WFH arrangements)

Working hours:

Mon- Fri, 9am to 6pm
