HR Manager (Construction Industry)
Salary: $4500 - $6000
Job duties:
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary cases to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies through proactive compliance monitoring and guidance.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation
- Manage foreign workforce matters including work pass applications, renewals, quota planning, and levy administration
- Manage payroll processes, involve in employee's monthly payroll and statutory submission.
- Oversee company insurance matters and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experienced working in HR and managerial/ supervisory role in the Construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Location:
Woodlands (currently WFH arrangements)
Working hours:
Mon- Fri, 9am to 6pm
