This position is responsible to assist the HR Manager in various HR function, which include but are not limited to recruitment and selection, managing employee records, administering work passes, support employees training & development and handling day-to-day HR operations to ensure compliabce and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Co-ordinate with hiring managers on their recruitment needs, prepare job posting advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies on manpower requisitions
- Administer and follow up on foreign workers work permit/employment pass matters such as application, renewal, cancellation, purchase of security bond and repatriation of staff
- Update MOM of foreign workers change of particulars e.g. address, marital status, etc
- Prepare employees certification, confirmations, transfers and acceptance of resignation letters etc
- Administer group health insurance & workmen compensation claims
- Update and compile monthly attendance and overtime reports
- Responsible for onboarding process medical check-up, employment contract, orientation etc
- Conduct exit interviews and handle resigned staff exit clearance
- Maintain, update and process employees record in Prosoft system
- Assist in external course arrangement, maintain and update the Training Master, Training records etc
- Perform any other HR duties as assigned
- Support other HR functions as and when necessary.
Requirements :
- GCE O level or equivalent with min 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Meticulous, independent and proactive
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Workers Act
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in Unit 4 Prosoft HR System will be an advantage.
- Candidate who can commence work immediately preferred.
