About the role
This is a newly created role designed to support both performance management and compensation workstreams. The primary focus will be on performance management, including supporting end-to-end cycles such as goal setting, reviews, calibration, and governance of frameworks and policies. The role will also support rewards-related activities such as remuneration exercises, analysis, and benchmarking support. In addition, you will be actively involved in performance management system enhancements and participation UAT to improve processes and user experience. A key aspect of the role includes acting as a liaison across internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, and procurement, as well as external partners, particularly in projects like contract renewals that require strong coordination and adherence to established procedures.
What we'll like to see in you
You will possess a bachelor's degree in related field with at least 5 years of relevant experiences. A foundation in performance management, and exposure to compensation and rewards will set you up for success in this role. You should be comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented environment and have experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across functions. Familiarity with SuccessFactors, system enhancements and UAT will be advantageous. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to navigate governance frameworks effectively, while remaining a collaborative team player who contributes beyond defined responsibilities.
