A well-established company in the technology industry is currently seeking a HR Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role partners with business units to deliver end-to-end HR services, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, aligned with organizational goals. Other responsibilities include overseeing daily HR operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, developing and refining HR policies, SOPs, and workflows in line with statutory requirements and best practices, managing compensation frameworks, payroll processes, and statutory compliance, ensuring accuracy and strong governance, advising on employee relations matters, and executing performance management cycles.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8years of HR experience. Expertise in HR operations and payroll management, with strong knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements are important.
