HR ASSISTANT

1. Responsible for all foreign workers related matters, arrange for medical checkup, purchase of security bonds, updating of residential address and PCP medical, check in & out dorms.

2. Prepare the work pass renewal list for all work pass holders and inform all department. Responsible for all foreign workers WP and S Pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation.

3. Application of workers essential errands and register of MWOC for new join workers.

4. Downloading of foreign workers levy and quota

5. Prepare HR related Letters (Employment contracts, Termination or resignation, prepare warning letter for worker etc.)

6. Full spectrum of Staff and Workers Training & updating Training certificate

7. Other adhoc duties

8. Must have at least 2 years working in construction company experience
