Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Support employees on HR matters, maintain accurate staff records and HR documentation for audit readiness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Administrative Support
- Procurement & Inventory - Monitor office and factory supplies, including stationery and operational materials.
- Handle purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Issue job orders, delivery orders, invoicing, and assist with order processing when required.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
