Role Overview
We are looking for an HR & Executive Support Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while also supporting Aprisium's leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of HR experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
. Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
. Support recruitment activities: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination.
. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
. Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory submissions.
. Coordinate training, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Executive Support
. Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and leadership team.
. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking action items.
. Coordinate travel and logistics for leadership team members.
. Support leadership communications (drafting memos, organizing team updates).
Qualifications & Skills
. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
. 2-3 years of experience in HR operations exposure to executive/administrative support is a plus.
. Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace HR software knowledge is an advantage.
