1. Assist in recruitment process, including posting of job advertisement, scheduling of interviews
2. Assist in updating HRMS (BIPO) for 4 modules (personnel, leave, attendance, payroll)
3. Liaise with Institute of Higher Learning on internship programme
4. Manage staff training (course registration for staff, logistics needs of foreign trainees)
5. Manage visa requirements of foreign visitors / foreign trainees
6. Manage Work Pass application (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit)
7. Liaise with outsourced service providers, as well as manage outsourced staff
8. Manage company insurance (medical, property, travel, work injury, general liability)
9. Manage staff database, including updating of organisation chart
Job description - Administration
1. Manage office supplies (e.g. stationeries and pantry stocks)
2. Attend to phone calls, as well as replying to customer enquiries
3. Manage office filing system
4. Assist in coordination of company event
5. Liaise with vendors on maintenance of office equipment
6. Liaise with vendors on office service agreements / contracts
7. Liaise with vendors on facilities management
8. Submission of survey requirements (MOM, JTC, NEA, etc)
9. Assist with collation of data for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) submission
10. Assist in the generation of report for submission to government agencies / Robertet Grasse

1. Manage travel arrangement, including hotel reservation for Company Director
2. Manage work schedule (meetings, appointments, company visits) for Company Director
3. Liaise with IT on account generation and purchase of IT equipment for new employees
