MASE E&C Pte Ltd is looking for a high-calibre HR Leader to drive and transform our HR operations across our construction projects. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is confident managing large, multicultural workforces.
What You Will Be Leading:
- Full spectrum of HR operations across multiple construction sites
- Strategic manpower planning, workforce optimization, and deployment
- Work pass management and strict compliance with MOM regulations
- Complex employee relations, disciplinary cases, and on-ground HR issues
- Development of HR policies, systems, and process improvements
- Close partnership with senior management and project teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as an HR Manager (mandatory)
- Strong background in construction, marine, or industrial sectors
- Deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass framework
- A hands-on leader who is not afraid to be on-site and solve real problems
- Strong decision-maker with the ability to handle pressure and ambiguity
- Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
