HR
. Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation. (EPOL& WPOL)
. To update employee records in HR system and filing.
. Prepare HR Contracts & Letters. (Employment, Promotion & Other HR Letters)
. Staff performance appraisal preparation.
. Assist in maintaining staff leave record and handle staff medical claims.
. Assist in training activities, maintenance of training record and submit training grant.
. Assist in workers Core-trade training and CET arrangements. (Upgrade worker's skill set to ensure lower levy rate)
. Assisting the HR manager with organizing recreational and welfare activities.
. Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and process.
. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
. Other ad-hoc HR and supporting duties as assigned.
Admin
. Manage all dormitories requirement from contract renewal to facilities management.
. Manage all company vehicles related requirement such as petrol bills, maintenance, inspection, season parking, insurance & COE renewal.
. Assist in handling Company's Office General Facilities Management (e.g. Water Dispenser issues, toilet issues etc.) via liaising with the Building Management Office.
. Ensure punctual submission of monthly bills to the Accounts. (E.g. Office / Dorm Utilities, Water Dispenser Bills, MOM-related Bills, Petrol Bills etc.)
. Assist in booking flights / hotels for Directors Overseas Business Visits (if prompted) with the Admin Support Executive.
. Other ad-hoc admin and supporting duties as assigned.
Requirements
. ITE/Diploma/Degree in related field
. At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
. Competent in Microsoft Office
. Team player with good interpersonal skills
. Good planning and coordinating skills
. Resourceful, supportive, problem-solving, committed
