Job Scope:
1) Handle and keep track of work pass application matters and processing
2) Booking for training and certification of site workers
3) Handle bookings and develop SOPs for onboarding & repatriation of local staff and foreign workers
4) Handling welfare and employee/worker issues
5) Keep track of local and foreign worker staff attendance and process levy waiver applications
6) Handle job postings and recruitment practices
Looking for staff who:
1) Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or Singapore Foreign Employment Act
2) Able to work and communicate in a team / cross-functional collaborations
3) Has a sense of urgency and responsibility to follow up and keep track of processing matters
4) Problem-solving skills
5) Takes initiative to learn and resourceful to check for information
