Our client is a leading electric motor sales and repair company and one of Japan's top manufacturers of portable power tools. They are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to provide comprehensive support across human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies and local regulations..
You will report to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
1) HR Responsibilities
- Support recruitment coordination, including job postings, screening, and interview arrangements.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing support.
- Administer employee leave management.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals.
- Support employee relations matters.
- Manage other ad hoc HR-related tasks as required.
2) Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory control.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee office facilities management.
- Track and renew insurance policies and business licenses.
- Support the organization of company events and activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in English is required to liaise with counterparts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word.
Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
(Advantageous)
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, payroll support, and work pass applications will be highly advantageous.
