Job Summary
Manage comprehensive human resource functions including full-cycle recruitment, employee record management, onboarding/offboarding coordination, compliance with labor laws, and employee relations to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate evaluation, reference verification, and employment contract preparation to secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records in both digital and physical formats to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience and operational continuity.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations by monitoring compliance and updating policies accordingly.
- Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee engagement programs and tracking progress.
- Manage employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies and resolving workplace issues to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, orientations, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events to support staff development and organizational culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience for HR and Admin Support roles 2-4+ years of experience for HR and Admin Executive roles.
- Familiarity with statutory regulations and sound knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills demonstrated through accurate record-keeping and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- People-focused and proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
