This role will be based in the HQ office and report to the HR and Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Perform front desk and receptionist duties, including answering and directing incoming calls and attending to visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Oversee general office administration, including meeting room bookings and coordination.
Handle applications and renewals of utility accounts for project sites.
Maintain and update filing systems (both manual and electronic) to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Process HR-related purchases, invoices, and payment submissions.
Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
