Job Description

This role will be based in the HQ office and report to the HR and Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Perform front desk and receptionist duties, including answering and directing incoming calls and attending to visitors in a professional manner.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

  • Oversee general office administration, including meeting room bookings and coordination.

  • Handle applications and renewals of utility accounts for project sites.

  • Maintain and update filing systems (both manual and electronic) to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

  • Process HR-related purchases, invoices, and payment submissions.

  • Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Human Resource Support

  • Monitor daily staff attendance and follow up on absenteeism
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for company activities and staff engagement events.
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in Learning & Development matters, including coordination of training and related documentation.
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding arrangements
