Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • The HR Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies.
  • Working with various countries HR in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea to obtain the data required to support the analysis.
  • Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
  • Recommend metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments
  • Build dashboard and models from data gathered
  • Present reports from analysis findings and recommendation

Work Experience & Qualification

  • Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
  • Analytical and have good sense with numbers
  • Some experience working on data or business analysisProficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language
  • Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
  • Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from May/Jun 2026 (with short notice)
