Job Responsibilities:
- The HR Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies.
- Working with various countries HR in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea to obtain the data required to support the analysis.
- Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
- Recommend metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments
- Build dashboard and models from data gathered
- Present reports from analysis findings and recommendation
Work Experience & Qualification
- Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
- Analytical and have good sense with numbers
- Some experience working on data or business analysisProficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Proficient in English and Chinese language
- Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from May/Jun 2026 (with short notice)
