Job Description

Role Summary:

An HR Administrator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records. They assist in daily HR operations and help implement HR policies effectively.

Role Description:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee events, and HR communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily HR operations.
